Patio Shade Store is operated by Patio Shade Store ("we", "us") in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This policy describes what we collect on patioshadestore.com and why.

What we collect

• Order information — name, email, phone, and install address when you place an order; your shade configuration (product, size, fabric, color).
• Patio photos — if you use the visualizer, the photo you upload is stored so your measure technician can see your opening.
• Payment — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage and advertising data — we may use analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta) to understand site usage and measure advertising. These may collect device identifiers and page interactions.
• Saved configuration — your in-progress shade build is stored in your own browser (localStorage) so it survives a page reload. It stays on your device until you order or clear it.

How we use it

• To fulfill your order: scheduling your free measure, building and installing your shades, and sending order updates by email or text.
• To operate our business: order records, warranty service, and customer support through our management systems.
• To measure and improve our advertising when analytics/ad tools are enabled.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to deliver your order — payment processing (Stripe), scheduling and communications, and website hosting — each bound to use it only for that purpose.

Your choices

• You can request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time.
• You can block cookies in your browser; the site and checkout still work.
• Text/email updates about your order include only what's needed to schedule and install.
